We’re building a better way to live with diabetes
Our goal is to reduce the daily burden, stress, and burnout that millions of people experience every day. After seeing firsthand how fragmented and exhausting diabetes management can be — as patients, healthcare professionals and family members — we decided to build something different. Instead of adding more data and complexity, we focused on what really matters: reducing mental load, providing timely support, and offering genuine understanding.

That’s why we built DxAI — simple, intuitive, and always there when you need it. Whether it’s through natural voice interaction, smart reminders, or personalized insights, our goal is to make daily diabetes management feel light and efficient.
Our story began in 2025 when our three founders set out to reduce the daily burden of living with diabetes. Motivated by personal experience, we founded Equinox Global Health in Slovakia to build a truly patient-centric solution. Instead of adding more complexity, we created DxAI — a voice-first AI companion that combines clinical safety with emotional support to make daily health management simpler and less overwhelming. Today, we are preparing for public launch with the goal of bringing better, more accessible daily support to millions of people living with diabetes across Europe and beyond.
