DxAI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Equinox Global Health s.r.o., a company registered in
Slovakia (IÄŒO: 56 977 123), with its registered seat at Ul. J. Jesenského 799/50, 934 01 Levice,
Slovak Republic.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use the DxAI mobile application (the “App”).
IMPORTANT NOTICE
DxAI is a wellness and lifestyle application. It is not a medical device and does not provide
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended to support general wellness and daily diabetes management. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
A. Account & Identity Data
First name, last name, display name, email address.
B. Demographics
Date of birth, sex, gender identity.
C. Health & Medical Profile Data (Special Category Data)
Diabetes type, diagnosis date, insulin therapy type, hypoglycemia awareness, names of fast-
acting and long-acting insulin, other key medications, glucose monitoring settings (monitoring method, units, hypo/hyper thresholds, insulin-to-carb ratio, insulin sensitivity factor).
D. Health & Activity Data
Blood glucose readings, carbohydrate intake, insulin doses, exercise, steps, sleep, heart rate,
resting heart rate, SpO , distance, calories burned, menstruation data (via Android HealthConnect or manual logging).
E. Voice Data
Audio recordings and transcripts when you use the voice assistant feature (processed via Azure OpenAI Realtime API).
F. Reminders & Preferences
Any kind of reminder.
G. Device & Technical Data
Device information, operating system, app version, language, timezone, screen size, and
diagnostic logs.
H. Purchase Data
Google Play purchase tokens and order IDs (used solely for subscription verification).

We store and process your data on Microsoft Azure servers located in the European Union. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless strictly necessary and with appropriate safeguards in place.
